Can I drive the truck myself?
Our rental amount includes a professional driver with all the necessary documentation to ensure that your goods are kept safe during the trip. We do not allow other persons not approved and vetted by us to drive our vehicles for safety reasons. However should you require Truck Rental without a driver for a long-term period, please contact Trevor on 083 442 1067 to discuss your specific requirements.
What does the Truck Rental rate include?

If I hire a truck is the rate per day or per trip?
When you hire one of our vehicles, you hire it for the day regardless of how many stops you need done. Some of our clients utilize the vehicle for 5-10 stops per day and/or 2 to 3 loads per day. You only pay extra if the vehicle travels in excess of 160kms.
What happens if the truck travels in excess of 160kms per day?
We will charge an additional rate per km which will be detailed on your quotation. Please ensure you provide us with thorough and detailed information in order to enable our quote to be as accurate as possible.
How do I know that my goods and products will be adequately covered under your Goods in Transit Insurance?
We have comprehensive insurance, however to minimise any risks, please ensure you accurately advise us of the value and type of product that you are transporting to ensure that our policy is updated accordingly. Any misrepresentation or misinformation provided during the quotation stage will result in your goods not being covered adequately and will be your responsibility.
What does route planning and optimisation entail?
If you are planning to use the vehicle for multiple stops, our team can assist by planning the route as efficiently as possible so that your deliveries get done. This includes picking the shortest route based on distance and time and based on the way the vehicle is loaded and the weight per delivery point.
I don’t have enough for a full load, can I rent a space on your truck?
Unfortunately not, you will be required to rent the whole truck for the whole day. We don’t “share space” to ensure that your goods are adequately protected and looked after whilst in transit with us.
Do you do deliver cross-border?
Unfortunately, we do not currently do cross-border deliveries. We specialize in road freight and truck hire within the Gauteng and surrounding areas.
